Smoking - Lets Get Real!

As a smoker, you know the dangers of this habit, you know the drawbacks, the costs. You know how anti-social it is becoming to remain a smoker. You know the risks, so why do you still smoke?! These are questions many smokers ask themselves as they light another cigarette that they don't even want!

There are a number of reasons .....

1. Believing that you cannot give up.
2. Believing that you will gain weight if you do quit smoking.
3. Believing that you will not enjoy a meal/a drink/a social occasion in the same way if you are not smoking.
4. Believing that you need something to do with your hands.
5. Believing that smoking relaxes you.
6. Believing that smoking eases boredom.

Any of this sounding familiar? Actually, these are just the excuses we all use to perpetuate our smoking habit and not one of them actually bears scrutiny.

Hypnosis works and it can work for you. All you need to have to succeed is the desire, that's all. To quit smoking is actually far easier than most people imagine. It is what goes on in our heads that holds us back from stopping the smoking habit. If you have the desire to quit then you are already half way there.
